KLEISSIDRA
Upside-Down Coaching
You will never see the world in the same way again.
When we always look in the same direction, we eventually get stuck.
In a world that moves too fast, managers carry a lot, decide a lot, absorb a lot…
Too much information, too much pressure, too many responsibilities.
We keep acting, but we’re no longer sure we’re heading the right way.
Skilled, committed, experienced… and yet unable to see clearly:
a silent blockage, but a very real one.
Turn the hourglass upside down to change your point of view.
What was at the bottom rises to the top.
What seemed empty reveals its fullness.
What escaped your attention becomes visible at last.
Kleissidra’s upside-down coaching is rooted in this simple, powerful gesture:
reversing the perspective so meaning can return.
It is the choice to embrace:
fullness rather than emptiness,
meaning rather than automatic gestures.
It is not the world that changes —
it is the way you read it.

Tante storie per giocare was my favourite book as a child.
In this book by Gianni Rodari, every story ends with three possible endings.
Three paths, three hypotheses, three ways of looking at the same situation.
Did that book teach me to listen to people’s stories thinking:
“This is just one possible version”?
That there is always another outcome, another angle, another ending?
Or was it because I always believed — deep down — that any story can shift,
that Tante storie per giocare became my favourite book?
After all, a story can always be taken from one side or the other.
It all depends on where you stand.
This is exactly how my journey was built:
by exploring one place… and then its opposite.
The public sector and the private sector.
SMEs and multinational companies.
Italy and France.
Over time, I stepped out of the logic of oppositions.
When you take altitude, you gain a global view:
opposites stop being opposites,
and the world becomes broader, more nuanced, easier to breathe in.
I do not believe in duality, in closed reasoning, in rigid theories.
I believe in the field, in feedback, in the spirit of adventure and exploration.
I believe in surprising results rather than predictable ones.
