Collective training for a compelling ERC application
These sessions are designed to clarify ERC expectations and strengthen proposals from the earliest stage. They help participants to:
Understand ERC evaluation criteria and panel expectations
Identify and articulate the ground-breaking dimension of their project
Structure a clear, coherent, and compelling scientific narrative
Position their project strategically within their field and beyond
Anticipate risks, challenges, and reviewers’ questions
Collective formats also foster peer learning, collective intelligence, and cross-disciplinary perspectives, helping candidates gain distance and sharpen their proposals.
Support for proposal writing
Individual and tailored support throughout the entire writing process, from the first draft to the final submission.
This support includes:
Structuring the proposal (B1 and B2) for clarity, coherence, and impact
Strengthening key messages and core hypotheses
Enhancing readability for non-specialist evaluators
Clarifying ambition, risk-taking, and feasibility
Providing precise, rigorous, and actionable feedback at each iteration
The objective is to produce a proposal that is scientifically excellent, strategically positioned, and compelling for the ERC panels.
Preparation for the oral ERC interview
Preparing a clear, effective, and impactful presentation
Mastering strategies to respond convincingly to all types of questions
Experiencing mock interview situations (presentation and Q&A sessions)
Identifying strengths and stress sequences to increase effectiveness through Process Communication
Support for the launch of ERC projects
Supporting the PI in setting up an action plan aligned with project objectives
Streamlining communication and integrating new team members
Understanding the operating styles of the PI and team members
Developing team strengths to foster cohesion and collaboration
End-to-end support to strengthen leadership posture and relational skills in complex and research-driven environments
